A thing I often hear when discussing routines...



But why so early?!


There's a couple of reasons why I deliberately wake up at such an early hour. I'm sure you've seen all the influencers flaunting their "perfect" 5am morning routines on YouTube, where their life is all lemon water and...


As an autistic person I personally heavily depend on routines to keep me from being overwhelmed and sometimes its the only reason I choose to get out of bed. Of course, its important to know that all people with autism and ADHD are different and the stereotype that we all.. It just happens to be one of my...





What my normal morning looks like


05:00 - 05:30

Take my medication, brew my morning cup of coffee, and walk my dog.


05:30 - 06:00

Do my morning pages and plan my day.


I have every time written down in order to make sure that I have enough time before the days happenings but you of course don't have to do this!






If you've read through my time table and haven't heard of morning pages before I will explain.


On my list of morning tasks there are a few non-negotiables.




Now onto how I chose the habits and created my version of a "perfect" morning routine..
